Medley of Tracks: Raining Down on Me

Kate's Cat Daddy was hot. Who is Kate Upton's father? Has he shot himself yet?

Hello everybody. Today I've got a medley of 3 great tracks of 3 great (but different) EDM genres. Usually on VCH we post music grouped in separate genres. We have a funky day, an electro day, agressively progressive day, and a wobbly day. But today I will post a song of a genre we don't
usually delve into: minimalist/club music. I'm a big fan of minimalist club beats that feature beautiful
vocal buildups with a simple drop that provides perfect dancing music. Check this first one out from Alex B featuring Janet, "Taking Over". One of the best buildups I've heard in a while. Download straight from the player.

This next track is a very catchy tune from Dave Edwards, the New York based DJ who constantly churns out house tracks that please the EDM masses. He gained a lot of popularity through the song "Dance the Night Away", and this is how I originally heard about him myself. Give this one a listen. It's a feel good song, download is on the player.

And for the electro craving ones out there... I didn't forget about you. You can never have too much electro. Ever. This remix from Qulinez, "Silent Shadows", is a great new track from the Swedish producing duo that is truly on the way up. Recently signed onto Size Records, which also features world class DJ's such as Steve Angello, Tim Mason, and AN21, Qulinez should slowly (or quickly) become a household name in dance music. Look for them to start landing gigs at big music festivals. Enjoy this track, and click the link for the download, not the player.

Stay tuned for an exclusive conversation with Trinity alum, Viceroy, coming soon.
