Bannanas and Champagne on a Monday

Dada Life dominates this Monday with the release of their vocal mix to Happy Violence as well as a few remixes of the track. I can't decide which is my favorite but that isn't exactly the worst dilemma to have. Decide for yourself which one is the best mix:

Gone Skiing

So there is a foot of snow outside and it's not even November? I guess there is nothing else to do than dust off the skis and get my Bode Miller on. But in all seriousness, it's kind of absurd out there today, so grab a bottle and just rock out until this snows melts away in a week or so:

Just a couple of Swedish bros, Darwin and Backwall, to start off this post with a monster remix of Don't Give Up. A real fun club stomper with some good euro house flavor. I say a remix like this puts these guys on the map for sure:

Now to adjust to a softer hitting track, Dirty South's new remix of Skylar Grey's single Invisible is one that definitely shows the versatility Dirty South has. To go from the bumpin jams to something really smooth and simple is a truly impressive characteristic of Dirty South, cool music video too:

It's been a while since I'd heard anything out of Jack Beats, and to be honest I was really was starting to miss them. But nothing to fear, they are back with this new track End of Love. I never thought it was possible to be able to put a deep electro bass, simple keyboards riffs and a Johnny Cash-esque sample together and make a song of it, but I've been proven wrong:

Halloween Funk

When I talk to the unfortunate population that doesn't listen to house and electronic music,  I often get the same response as to why they don't: it's just endless hard hitting rave music. Well on this Halloween weekend I have a rebuttle. Three songs that got a little jazz and funk infused in them. These aren't the kind dance songs you bounce off the walls to, these are the ones that you just want to groove to. So get weird this weekend in some inapropriate costumes but always keep jammin.

Zombie Disco Squad coming with a little scat jazz mixed in with some indie house in Piano Man. I've had this track on repeat this afternoon and I'm completely fine with it. Besides their name is perfect for the theme of this weekend:

Louis La Roche is back at it again with this new track Los Angeles. I love his EP Gimme Gimme/The Wall. He comes back with that same energy in this song that requires you to put some dancing shoes on:

Louis La Roche - Los Angeles by TaKoHANDz

This new jam by The Crystal Method, I'm Not Leaving, is featured in the new pretty sick looking documentary "RE:Genereation" and has Martha Reeves and the Funk Brothers giving us a whole lot of R&B and Soulful music for this weekend. Check this song out then check out the documentary, both are pretty sweet:

A Maximal Crazy Weekend

I think it is safe to say Halloween weekend has started now. I guess that means it's time to get weird in weird outfits and have very little remorse about it. To get your the weekend going I decided to go strictly electro house. We all need that deep bass energy to get this night going especially when the weather outside has been pretty shitty. With no further adieux, I give you beats:

A couple of killer "Maximal Crazy" remixes got released this week that I'm sure made the great Tiesto very proud. Bassjacker's remix stays true to their sound with a deep aggressive bass and cut samples. Swanky Tunes and R3hab kill it with the synthed keyboards they throw in their remix, it defninitely gives it a classic house sound with a high energy drop. So which remix is superior? You be the judge:

This recent remix by Calvin Harris of the track, "Iced Out" is a diamond in the rough that deserves a little more love. I think you'll agree after a listen:

The other day I posted Duck Sauce's new track "Big Bad Wolf". Well it seems that Dada Life is already hot on making a remix and it sounds like it could even trump the original. I also love how they always just preview their songs in studio, no music video nonsense, just good music. Hopefully it comes out before Halloween cause it sounds horrifyingly jammin:

Whomp Wednesday Vol. 4

Wednesday is here again which means the wobble bass returns as well. Its getting colder and more dreary outside. But hey, inside, with some speakers, and these hard hitting tracks we got going on this week, it won't feel so depressing of a time of year. This week like most has a combination of some throwback dub tracks as well as a few new releases. Hopefully for many of you the flow is growing out which makes the whomp more glorious with lucious hair flying in the air. So let it fly, let if fly.

Here is a new remix of Dada Life's "Happy Violence". I love that it already has the vocals version which is supposed to drop next week. It sounds like Nervo is on vocals? Can't be 100% sure though, great vocals either way:

Dada Life - Happy Violence (Caveat Remix) by Dada Life

Bassex dropped a killer deep bass remix to Wolfgang Gartner's track "The Champ" off of the Weekend in America EP. Tough to give this song justice using words from the Webster Dictionary, so just play it:

Wolfgang Gartner - The Champ (Bassex Remix) FREE DOWNLOAD by Bassex

For those of you who truly don't have robot ears, Far Too Loud may in fact be too loud for you fools to handle. This new track "Megaloud" has vengeance on your ear drums, beware:

This old Borgore track is a classic with its natural keyboard samples. The beginning of the tracks makes me feel like the whole NWA crew (when they weren't sell outs) is gonna jump in on the track, classic old school feel:

A Big Bad Wolf In the Air

Halloween is nearing, and Duck Sauce is on the case. Their new track "Big Bad Wolf" signifies the return of Duck Sauce after their hit single "Barbra Streisand". Spooky samples, great snare drums, and a minorly absurd music video; check it:

I posted "In the Air" the other week and now Mord Fustang has come out with a killer remix. I've been waiting for a new jam from Mord Fustang and this track definitely satiates that thirst:

Firery Monday

This Monday comes with a little treat via Kaskade. Fire and Ice got released ahead of schedule which is such a savior because I don't think I could have waited much longer. At first listen, this album is definitely a game changer for house music. Get your hands on these tracks today because the whole album is fire, but its also ice too...

Recovery Status

As the cold weather looms and your head is still pounding, I'll try and help out. No I can't get you some chipotle burritos and gatorades or a doob but I can give you some beats that will be a little more easy on your temporal lobe. So try and press play on these songs, I know thats a lot of physical exertion right now but just give it a try, it will be worth it:

This last track is a tribute to DJ Mehdi who recently passed away. Rest easy sir, you changed the electronic music scene for the better and we are forever grateful to be able to enjoy your musical gift:

Viva El Sueño

Its Saturday, not much needs to be said about tonight. Its kind of similar to Thursday and Friday night but lets get real, tonight is the night there is no excuses not to go out. I command you, stop reading this and play the damn music. So live the dream... always:

I have been trying to resist the urge to post this Tommy Trash teaser for over a week now but I can't hold myself back any longer. Oh and the video for it is alright too I guess:

Wake Up!

Good morning to those of you now getting out of the fetal position you've been in all day. It's time to pull your act together and get back out there. That's about as far as my pre-drinking pep talks go so lets just stick with the music enjoy a little Steve Aoki & Sidney Samson callabo as well as a awesome progressive remix of "Me & You" by Steve Angello:

Thursday, October 20, 2011

Thank God It's Thursday

Well the collegiately defined weekend has officially begun and it couldn't come any sooner. Time to get out the Dubra and Popov and well as those pretty flat soda's you got for mixers, cause everyone's got their m.o. tonight to get weird. Well you're in the right place to make the weirdness happen to the right soundtrack.  The only newcomer you'll find is Dillon Francis who you'll get to know who he is. He's on Skrillex's new label OSWLA and he's revolutionizing the Dubstep game. So meet Dillon Francis.... and friends.

Dillon Francis - I.D.G.A.F.O.S. by DILLONFRANCIS

Dirty South is back at is again and this time they got The Usual Suspects along for this jammin ride in "Walking Alone":

Spencer & Hill collaborate with Nadia Ali in this killer progressive track, "Believe It". I've yet to hear a bad track with Nadia Ali on it:

Now for those of you looking to get realllll crazy tonight, I think I can help. This new track by Firebeatz, "Funk Shit" is some real. funky. shit... commence savagery:

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have dominated the Beatport charts with their most recent track "Madagascar". And as the samples say... do NOT touch that stereo when this song comes on, or heads will roll:

Whomp Wednesday Vol. 3

To ease the rainy day blues, we got an extra dose of dubstep for you all today. Feed Me, The M Machine, and Mustard Pimp bring a little energy to an otherwise dreary day. Check out these tracks and hopefully you're day will be brightened.

Feed Me has released another great house and dubstep hybrid track with "Trapdoor". It's nice to see some more vocals on a track of his songs. Not to say I don't love "Blood Red" or "To the Stars" but its nice to see a little variety from Feed Me and hear some vocals that can have a little edge to them. Great builds and good electro house drops with a rattling bass identified with Feed Me's more classic dubstep songs, check it out for yourself:

The M Machine was a little bit foreign to me until very recently when someone showed me their new EP, Promise Me a Rose Garden, off of Skrillex's new record label, OWSLA. These two tracks will surely make these guys better known in the dubstep world and I'm sure there which be some debuts of these guys either via opening for Skrillex at a couple of shows while he is on tour or simply Skrill just bumping a couple of their songs live. So let me introduce you in advance to this fantastic dubstep duo:

The M Machine - Promise Me A Rose Garden by The M Machine

The M Machine - Glow by The M Machine

Mustard Pimp has always been notorious for dropping saucy whomping tunes. "City Kids" is no different. Teaming up with Dirtyphonics has made this a track you just can't pass up with a high paced almost techno house like catch to it.

Mustard Pimp feat. Dirtyphonics - City Kids by mustard pimp

** PS check out Skrillex's new "Skrillex Cell" which approximates to the showmanship of Deamau5's cube or Daft Punk's infamous Triangle. Crazy shit:

The Mighty Revival of Sidney Samson

Not to say the Samson was ever out of the game, but I have been waiting for another monster track from this guy ever since he killed it with "Riverside" which will be forever considered a classic. This new EP The Streets is Ours of the label Rock the Houze, is Samson's ticket back to the house music spotlight. These two tracks, "Street is Ours" and "Thanks I Get" are vintage Sidney beats. So thank you Samson for your musical gift:

Paradise on a Monday

This Monday defies the usual monotony of Mondays with some unbelievable releases that dropped today. Tim Mason, Fedde Le Grand and Tommy Trash are all guys that are at the top of their game right now with some monster tracks and none of them seem to be looking in the rear view mirror. And as a bonus treat we also got a newly release track by Bingo Players as well as Franz Novotny who are exploding on the EDM scene now. Turn robot ears on and commence beats... now.

Procrastination Purgatory

A night in the library has plenty of similarities to purgatory. Being trapped with nothing standing between me an watching The Walking Dead except an exam tomorrow which my desire to study for is shrinking. And for that I guess I'll channel my productivity towards something non-academic. Madeon is blowing up and isn't even old enough to buy cigarettes yet. His new song Icarus is coming out real soon so to prepare you I present you with the teaser as well as another great Madeon track, "Pop Culture":

A Sunday with Friends

I know that once again I am posting some Tommy Trash tracks. I don't care. This guy kills it. End of story. And the music videos to these to songs are... well... electrifying? So here is "Need Me to Stay" and "All My Friends":

** PS fresshh remix coming out by Trash tomorrow so prepare yourself accordingly

Late Night Melodrama

This may not be the best idea, but mid-way through my Saturday night I decided to post a jam on the blog, just for all of those people lacking energy to go out right now. So here are a couple beauty tracks from David Puentez, Daft Punk vs. Gorillaz, and Madeon.

Don't Call it a Comeback

It's been a long time since I've caught wind of any big moves by Major Lazer after "Pon de Floor". But with this new track "Original Don" they are back in their natrural form of making some great electro dance hall-esque tracks. For this one, the dynamic duo of Diplo and Switch have teamed up with the Party Squad  who definitely add a little flavor to this Moombahton track Major Lazer delivers to us. This is one you got to check out, because Major Lazer is officially back in full force with lazer samples, horns, and bass and snare drums and just pure madness:

Speaking of comebacks, Justice is back at it releasing some classic Justice tracks. It seems like they've really been hunkering down in the studio trying to pump out as much good music as they can after a little time on the back burner of the EDM scene. But make no mistake, they are back and these two tracks, "Cannon" and "Newlands", are just two of the many jams this dynamic duo are coming out with to reclaim their throne as one of the great EDM groups:

American born  DJ George F. Zimmer has come out with a fantastic EP, One Last Dance. So far I loved every track on it. I am really hoping that the EP title is not stating actual retirement for Zimmer (which is what is being speculated now) because these three tracks are just examples of what good progressive house truly is. Take a listen for yourself.

** Tracklist:

0:00-3:30 - Silence ft. Romina Andrews
3:30-5:40- One Last Dance
5:40-   Sacrifice

All three tracks in their entirety are available on Beatport

Shaking it Out on a Friday

So a couple of goodies for you on this Friday night. No real theme to this group of songs, just good jams. So check these out and keep your weekend going.

Bennassi just recently came out with this remix of Florence + The Machine's song "Shake It Out". For some reason I love a lot of the remixes that come out from Florence + The Machine songs, her vocals just seem to work well with EDM tracks. This was one included:

This new track from Marko V. is a good jam with some high paced house goodness. Definitely gotta check this track:

Sorry I'm not sorry but I'm posting another Tommy Trash track. This guy is straight fire right now if you ask me. That deep fat bass he uses on most of his tracks reminds me something of Dada Life and I love it. Here's his remix of John Dahlback's track, "One Last Ride".

And to round out the night, I leave you with a classic electro-pop groove. Bag Raiders throwback track "Shooting Stars". This funky track is one that shouldn't ever get lost in the shuffle:

Pardon My French... But You're an Asshole

So this Thursday is a big one in terms of the face melting electro house tracks that have been released this week. And what better day to post them then on a Thursday to get you going for your work-night out on the town. And yes the title is a Ferris Buehler's Day Off reference.

Swanky Tunes and Hardwell have finally released their killer track "Phantom". The builds are great, the drops even greater. The samples also remind me of Afrojack and R3hab's track "Aces High" which I think the best track either those guys has dropped (and that's saying something). So just quit reading and start dancing.

Pierce Fulton released his new EP Take Me Home earlier this week and I am in love. Like stalkerishly in love with it. "Pardon My French" is definitely my favorite track off the EP and hopefully you will all understand why...

A little more Tommy Trash you say? Why surely. His track "Future Folk" really throws down a mix of classic electro house and a little progressive sound. Not to mention the deep keyboard riffs he uses in the drops are unbelievably addicting.

Now I have to confess I did not have any Bassjackers on my computer until I started looking them up this morning. After listening to a few tracks, its easy to believe that these guys will be tearing up the EDM scene with brute force. Here is a couple of tracks by this dynamic duo. And pardon the little robot talking in the start of their remix to "Check It Out", if you want the real deal, go to beatport.

Zedd as always kills it with every track he makes. So this one should be no different. I know this song came out last spring when Skrillex was doing the whole "Free Treats" thing, but it would be a travesty not to give this Zedd beat a shout out. The vocals and powerful drums make this song timeless. So with no further adieux, here is "Changes".

Supplemental Whomp with Haydn Hoffman

Someone just sent me this track literally ten minutes after I posted this week's Whomp Wednesday edition. So I know this is unorthodox for blogging but I'm adding a song to that list, it just could not wait until next week. And so I give you... the one and only... Haydn Hoffman. Get to know him, now.

Haydn Hoffman - Take Me Home EP **Out now on Beatport** by haydnhoffman

Whomp Wednesday Vol. 2

In the second week of Whomp Wednesday, there's a bit of a mix of some older classic dubstep tracks along with a couple recently released whomping anthems. Its 2 pm and I already am getting neck problems from these tracks, so remember your stretching before listening to these songs. And maybe get some advil for after when you've had your fill, always helps.

This older Feed Me track "Cloudburn" is one of my favorite dubstep tracks of all time. Not to mention, Feed Me is opening for Deadmau5 this upcoming Sunday in Hartford in the Meowington Hax tour (speaking of which if anyone wants to donate me a ticket it would be much appreciated). Vocals are great on this song, and the drops even greater.

Now this Dirtyloud Remix of Dubsidia's track "Kill Humans" has been frequently whomped to on my laptop since the remix came out this summer. Don't be frightened be the title... please.

EWE is on the rise in the Dubstep world and this track "Lingo" is definitely helping their cause. The deep synthed keyboard riffs and solid use of samples make this track a definite keeper.

Dangers to Society

Its getting late on a Tuesday so I'll cut straight to the beats. Got some great tracks in store for tonight from a few artists who definitely deserve a little more recognition around here...

Deniz Koyu is a progressive electro house genius who just lays down great high energy tracks. This remix is one he collaborated on with Johan Wedel. I personally am not a James Blunt fan but this remix kills it. Not to mention it drops... hard.

This next song is a collabo by Morgan Page, Sultan + Ned Shepard and BT that got released this summer. Never thought a xylophone could work in any sort of EDM track but these guys proved me wrong. The vocals, much like most Morgan Page songs, is killer.

Columbus Day Jammin

Now I'm hoping most of you are enjoying this day off from work or school or whatever it is you do between the hours of 9 and 5 Monday through Friday. But we all know in reality not all of us are blessed to have this autumn day off. And with that in mind, there is two seperate thoughts in mind for this post: to cater to those who had to drag their ass to work today; and to those continuing party like it's still Saturday. So first, here's to those of you who got the shaft today and were up before 9... our hearts go out to you.

This Zeds Dead track, "Coffee Break" is a mellow elecrto jam to help ease you through a tough Monday in the library or at the office. And it's title and easy going samples are definitely fitting for today...

Zeds Dead - Coffee Break by zedsdead

Also, to kill a little time, visit my bbf's (best blogging friend's) website to pass the time while you pretend to be working: http://datdirtywinter.blogspot.com/

And for those of you who are still going at it living it up this weekend, I got a few tracks to snap you out of lethargy and back into drinking mode. This first one I wanted to put up on Friday but I wasn't to be bothered with technology then. So here is a little remix of Sneaky Sound System's track by Oliver V. I already loved the vocals but now adding an extra helping of funk to the song definitely will help you get off the couch and back to enjoying this day the way it was meant to be; drinking outside while you still can.

Hardwell was gracious enough to bless us today with the release of his track "Cobra" that I previewed earlier in the week in hype of its release. And just the same as the snippet of the track we heard on the teaser, this whole track definitely lives up to the hype with it's almost moombahton drums progressive synthed keyboard melodies.

Dying for Something Special on this Sunday

So continue the funk during this beautiful weekend, we got some deviously smooth tracks for you to continue jamming this weekend. I guess NFL football could have been a theme for this Sunday post (shout out to Al Davis speaking of which), but its just too nice and calm out to get caught up in trying to make this blog post revolve around football. Besides, the Patriots don't play for another hour. So keep those dark n' stormies flowing and enjoy this awesome October weekend the way I am.

"Dying" by Codes is just one of those songs that makes you wanna dance and put your feet up and kick abck at the time. It has that kind of musical power. I love the snare drums killing it throughout the song. But enough talk, just press play.

Something Special has been top 10 on Beatport for a while now and after listening to it you won't find an argument otherwise from me. Great vocals, almost Motown-esque, just pure sex.

A Funky Weekend

I wasn't able to post anything yesterday solely because it was so nice out  and I went off the grid from all technology. Today I realize that's a bit selfish. So to enjoy this beautiful weekend I decided to not go with any sort of heavy hitting house songs (at least for now) but instead some good old funky nu-disco and breakbeat tracks. So enjoy a little lovin' under the sun this weekend with some mixed drink in hand, shades on, and feet up.

"Happy Up Here" is a classic Royskopp track that really launched this electro group off the ground with great vocals and an addicting synthed keyboard melody. It deserves to be on repeat for the weekend... and maybe the rest of time.

DJ Bent is a young gun straight out of Hartford, Ct. The kid is burning through New England hot spots with his energetic sets and feel good attitude. this version of Foster The Peoples 'pumped up kicks' makes you wanna straight up kick 'em off.

Tommy Trash drops some spooky ass shit with "Blair Bitch Project"

Tommy Trash just came on my radar a week ago and I'm upset I didn't hear about him any earlier. This track "Blair Bitch Project"is a high energy funky track that will be perfect for your weekend jammin.

I Love T*ts & Cl*ts (but really)

So came across this Hungarian duo, saw their name and didn't take them very seriously. But their electro-house bass lines and synths are no joke, these guys brew up some serious jams. Here are two songs off their new EP Labyrinth. You'll notice both songs are old Greek names... couldn't tell you why that is, but these are some seriously tasty treats for your Thursday night playlist.

This first one is "Ariadne". It has some greats synthed keyboard riffs in the middle part of the song that I think really help the beat drop hardd for the end of the song.

This next song "Icarus" is my personal favorite of the three. Don't understand why it's named after a guy in a story who crashed and burned terribly for flying too close to the sun, but hey, who am I to judge? This song is definitely going on repeat for the weekend for my ipod this weekend. Speaking of rest easy Steve Jobs, you had an such an enormous effect on our society and our advancement in technology. And I'm sure that your innovation was a huge building block to the advancement of electronic music. So this one's for you Steve, rock on.

Whomp Wednesday Premiere

So I figured dubstep deserves its own day of the week where tribute can be paid to the wobbled bass. Wednesday's morning post will essentially focus just on the best  newly released dubstep tracks. So stretch out your neck and give yourself some space to whomp.

Skrillex is back at it again with EA. His first track "Reptile" was used in the classic game Mortal Kombat, and now they've teamed up again with this banger "Syndicate"

Now I have no idea who Mojo is. Could be male or female, one person or three. If you have a background on Mojo I would love to hear it. Nonetheless,  "Carnival" may actually give you whiplash... enjoy.

This track "Let Go With You" by Josh Money has been steadily climbing the Dubstep charts on Beatport and after listening to it you can undertand why. Get to know this DJ cause Money has definitely started to find his sound and this song most definitely kills it.

Raging on a Rainy Tuesday with Zedd, Hujje Music and John Dahlback

The wait for Zedd's new track "Shave it" is finally over. And after listening to the track once its clear the wait was well worth it. In words of the great Brian Wilson, this song makes me want to rage, right now. So grab a razor and start jamming (be careful dancing with a razor, its said by experts to be a dangerous activity).

If you haven't of heard of Hujje Music... well... you need to recognize. DU alumni Josh Rosenholtz and Josh McAdoo have taken over the Colorado electronic music scene by force (and a little bit of bass too). The versatility these guys have to be able to go from their high energy bootlegs (check out their bootleg "Tearing up my Acid Flashback World" on their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/hujjemusic) to some more progressive tracks like this remix of Calvin Harris's "Awooga". So let this be an informal east coast introduction to this dynamic duo.

Calvin Harris- Awooga (Hujje Remix) by Hujje

John Dahlback has already proven himself in the EDM scene and no introduction of the man seems very necessary. This new track "Overdose" has an awesome bass line that is real addicting. So be careful, and listen to "Overdose" with moderation for your own safety.

Silver lining in the weekday clouds

So as I sit in the library late on a Monday night, studying to what seems to be no end, watching the rain pour down outside, I try to look on the bright side of things since that's what my psychiatrist told me to do. And so my silver lining for tonight is the fact that Hardwell and Richard Dinsdale have both released some teasers for upcoming tracks of theirs. So check out these two tracks and give yourself a reason to keep cranking away on that cheat sheet you're making for the big exam tomorrow. Because come tomorrow after those exams are all said and done, the weekend officially starts.

** In other news: Both Zedd and Hujje Music release some monstrous tracks tomorrow. Expect to see them on the blog bright and early in the morning to help add a little savagery to your hopefully eventful Tuesday night.

Little Bad Girls Do the Dada

Dada Life has always been one of my favorite progressive house dynamic duo's ever since they came out with "Happy Hands Happy Feet". And now they come out with their 13th remix under their "Guerilla Fart" remix collection. Little Bad Girl was a fun party song that Dada Life has now fattened up a bit giving this jam a little more reason to bounce to. So time to do the dada and forget its monday for a little while.

The First/ Last Innaugural Post of Big Bant Beats

Now, before I begin on my quest to provide house music fans with face melting beats from across the electronic music spectrum, I feel like it wouldn't be right to start posting songs without a little bit of a self-indulgent speech as to what my goal is with this blog and why I am doing it. There are already plenty of great electronic music blogs out there, most of which are truly successful in spreading the love of all shades of EDM. I hope that my blog can provide something fresh to the music blog scene. Because anyone can put on some Avicii and crank the volume (myself included), after a while you can miss out on great artists with very versatile music if you're only listening to "Levels" all day. On that note is my first post, where I give you a couple older tracks to balance out a few freshly brewed beats.

Porter Robinson has one of the most genuine styles in the game right now (at the ripe age of 19) and I truly believe his music does not get the massive amount love it deserves. With that being said, I give you a newly dropped Porter Robinson track off his album "Spitfire" followed by a classic PR song.

"Vandalism" is a hard hitting beat with great vocals, and if all is right with the world, this track shouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=af1hIoGLRWQ&feature=related

This first track is a little bit more "aged", but it's nonetheless a track that has stood the test of time on my iPod. "Say My Name"by Porter Robinson is a perfect song to start bouncing to. So press play, get weird, rest, recover, repeat.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9_apoZ4eKk
