Sound Wave Saturday

Welcome to the first official Sound Wave Saturday taking you into the weekend! I been a little bogged down the past weekends well... um... reporting the Vans Warped Tour? I went with my girlfriend... true story. I did enjoy it though! It was a pretty awesome experience to say the least, the tour has always been well renowned and now I know why. Anyways, we got a great list in store for the first week of Sound Wave for you today. A little Adam K., EDX, Swanky Tunes, Deniz Koyu, Kim Fai, Eddie Thonenick & Norman Doray, Madeon, and a classic little gift for you at the end:



Adam K has only really been on my radar screen since his record with Funkagenda "Drift". Is it a mystery? Or do I just need to do more research? Either way it could be my favorite songs on this post. Enjoy this new single "Crooks in the Kitchen":

The italian stalion EDX has been a long time veteran on the 1's and 2's since the early 90's. He's developed his sound a profoundly since then and all of it is VCH endorsed! Enjoy his latest production "Sunset Miracles":



Here it comes! Russian House Mafia with the latest and greatest for ya! Wait... I meant Swanky Tunes & Hard Rock Sofa. They've team up for another productions and that is just the way I like them. Personally I lose my mind when the build up is more exciting than the drop but hey this post isn't about me; I'll let you the readers decide on "The Edge".



Can someone tell me why Deniz Koyu hasn't won any sort of award yet? He keeps a low profile but then releases these monsters like music is going out of style. "Tung"put this guy on a hot streak and Deniz just doesn't look like he is cooling off anytime soon. I'm a huge fan of his latest song, "Bong":



This next producer has got to be on my top 10 for sure. Kim Fai, the Toolroom knight, the Asian father, the humble but dangerous producer. Trying to find his tracks sometimes can be so damn elusive but we got a little teaser of the upcoming single "In the Night":



American bred DJ (hooah!) DJ Eddie Thoneick has joined forces with Frenchamn Norman Doray for another underground bomb. These guys are considered veterans and perhaps a little on the "elder" side of the EDM community. But for the love of god, do not hold that against them! They are amazing live! If you ever hear of them coming to your area be sure to go check them out and you can thank me later. You're ticket will be worth every penny! This duo really knows what they are doing more than most of the big names being thrown around today. Here is their latest work on Size Matters records, "Celcius":



I know I'm not the one to put up the electro house but Madeon tells me to! Or atleast I think he does. But that's what VCH is all about right? Expanding out of your nitche! After all, this little youngster is taking over the world by storm Ottoman Empire style. The kid has pure talent and it is so evident in his latest piece, "Finale":

Okay, I'm hoping you're house music hunger is satiated now. But if not, if you feel starved for more house to keep your hearts full and your mouth humming melodic tunes, I wanted to end on an especially blissful note.
