So I know I'm a bit overdue on a post so we've got an extra helping of great records for you all to consume and blow out some ear drums. A bit of variety in today's mix, which hopefully can help redeem me from the absent weekend of jams. And with that said lets get down to business with some beats:
Dirty South out again destroying remixes with no sign of mercy. This remix of If You're Lonely accompanies us with some high energy bass:
I haven't ever heard of Carl Créme and Reza but this remix of Love on My Mind definitely puts them on my radar:
If you haven't heard of Lazy Rich get to know him. To me he sounds like the love child of Dada Life and Tommy Trash. And from that two beautiful youthful records were born in his remix of Felguk's Blow Out and You Missed a Spot:
Felguk - Blow Out (Lazy Rich's Impossible Remix) by felguk
Chuckie has been pretty fire lately, I wanted to go see him at Pacha in New York next week but unfortunately can't. Then the guy goes and releases a song like Who's Ready to Jump? right when I come to grips with not going. Its like salt in the wound:
Here's an older jam from Colombo called Everybody, heard it again on Electric Area this morning and it still kills it the way it did the first time I heard it:
I am starting to believe Tommy Trash just doesn't sleep. Maybe someone locked him up in a studio giving him his daily rations of food and coffee and turning the man into a beat mashing machine. So here's a preview of his next remix, Slumber:
